We left the campsite around 630 A.M. We have 636 miles to go today. It is 1:00 P.M. right now and we are half way there; 311 miles to go. Colleen finally got the courage up to drive, so I am updating the site as we drive. The cell receptions at Pomme de Terre was horrible, hopefully it will be better in Texas. It is nice to enjoy the ride for a bit.
I will try to get some pictures when we stop tonight, so check back tomorrow.

Can't wait to see pictures! Nothing new in Elmhurst. We went to the pool last night, that was our excitement. We had some bad storms here this morning. Happy Father's Day Tim.

Mom just gave me your blog site. Sounds exactly like some of the trips we took as kids...so perfect you're passing it on to the next generation.
Do you need us to start you a gas fund so you can get back? I remember the old van and camper getting 8 mpg so you're 13 is a little improvement after 25+ years!!
Looking forward to reading about the trip. Stay safe, avoid armadillo sticks and have fun.
